Founded in 1995, CarePlus was built on Tom Najjar’s belief that families deserve reliable, personalized care delivered with compassion and respect. Drawing on a background in hospitality and firsthand experience caring for his own father, Tom created a company focused on exceptional service, responsiveness, and treating every client like family.

Heather Najjar
Heather Najjar brings more than 30 years of emergency, critical care, and advanced nursing experience to CarePlus. As Chief Clinical Officer, she provides clinical oversight, develops care protocols, and helps ensure every client receives personalized, evidence-based care.
Her extensive healthcare background allows CarePlus to support clients with complex medical conditions, post-hospital recovery, chronic disease management, and ongoing health needs while providing families with confidence and peace of mind.

Well Trained & Qualified
Our caregivers participate in our classroom, hands-on learning labs, and on-the-job training programs with our Director of Nursing to ensure the quality of care and best practices. The focus is on home health care. When our clients need change we bring in our Director of Nursing to assess the changes and make the appropriate modifications. Our team works together to assure that the most appropriate care plan is in place.
