CarePlus was built on Tom Najjar’s belief that families deserve reliable, personalized care delivered with compassion and respect. Drawing on a background in hospitality and firsthand experience caring for his own father and mother, Tom created a company focused on exceptional service, responsiveness, and treating every client like family.
Heather Najjar brings more than 25 years of emergency, critical care, and advanced nursing experience to CarePlus. As Chief Clinical Officer, she provides clinical oversight, develops care protocols, and helps ensure every client receives personalized, evidence-based care.
Her extensive healthcare background allows CarePlus to support clients with complex medical conditions, post-hospital recovery, chronic disease management, and ongoing health needs while providing families with confidence and peace of mind.

Our Expertise
Clinical Care Team
Led by Heather Najjar, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C, the CarePlus Clinical Care Team brings decades of nursing experience to the care of older adults. Our team includes experienced RNs and LPNs who understand the changing health needs that often come with aging.
The team works closely with clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare providers to oversee care, manage complex and chronic conditions, and recognize changes that may require additional attention.
Heather’s background in emergency, critical care, and advanced nursing guides the team’s approach to caring for individuals with multiple health conditions, medications, and changing care needs. This level of nursing experience allows CarePlus to look at the whole person, understand how one condition may affect another, and help families determine the right level of care as needs change.
For families, having an experienced clinical team involved provides another level of oversight and communication, whether a loved one is recovering from a hospitalization, managing a chronic illness, or requiring more advanced care at home.
