Preferred Provider Program Offerings

Because CarePlus is licensed at the highest level (Level 3 Residential Services Agency – RSA), we are able to provide skilled nursing services in addition to traditional home care support.
Flex-Care for Independent Living.
Flex-Care is CarePlus’ innovative approach to supporting residents who need occasional assistance while maintaining an independent lifestyle. Flex-Care services can be provided in convenient increments, including as little as 30 minutes, allowing residents to receive help exactly when needed.
